Stir Cove Summer Concert Series in Council Bluffs, Iowa felt the funk when Earth, Wind, & Fire took the stage on Friday Night July 19th.  The six-time Grammy Award-Winning band that’s sold over 90 million records proved to concertgoers why they’re one of the best selling bands of all time.  Opening with their hit song, “Sing a Song”, followed by some of their well-known favorites, kept the crowd on their feet, and singing along.  Their 18-song set featured some of their generation’s biggest hits, including, “Shining Star”, “Boogie Wonderland”, and “September”.  Even though the band was formed almost 50 years ago, they proved that age is just a number.  They’ve still got the moves, the wardrobe, and the music to get people movin’!

The concert was a fun, entertaining, nostalgic flashback that proved that the Disco era will never die!
