Piebald opened the show as a mind blowing opening band. They started back in 1994 and on their Facebook page they are listed as an Emo/Rock/Indie/Alternative band. The band mates began their collaboration while still in high school in Andover, Massachusetts. Check out their most successful track “American Hearts.” Oh and listen to “(All I want for Christmas is to) Rage With My Friends” it’s funny.

Dashboard Confessional sells out pretty much every show played! The crowd sings louder than Chris Carraba does! Wow! I have never heard a quiet crowd when I check them out. How is Dashboard Confessional doing a 20 year celebration, has it really been that long!? It makes me feel old but lucky that I have been a fan that long. The legendary Fillmore in San Francisco, California was packed with people, the smell of sweat and marijuana. Even guys in the audience were yelling that they loved Chris Carraba. He is not only handsome but has the best voice on the planet! The night I attended they performed most of the album The Places You Have Comer to Fear the Most. One of the best damn albums I have ever heard! Sure I photographed my first three songs but I am also a fan and sang along with the crowd while snapping as fast as my camera would let me. I just read that the second night at the Fillmore was canceled along with their Portland, and Seattle shows. I feel really lucky I was able to see them Saturday night! Feel better Chris! (He Has the flu). Check out their newest album Crooked Shadows and my favorite song from it “We fight”, it makes you wanna sing and throw up your fists!
