On April 23, 2025, The Astro in La Vista, Nebraska, was co-headlined by Hollywood Undead and Tech N9ne, with support from Set It Off and Zero 9:36. This stop on the tour showcased a mix of rap, metal, and performances that kept the crowd going wild.

The evening commenced with Zero 9:36, who delivered a perfectly executed set on what was only his second time performing in Omaha. He explained to the crowd how he saw Hollywood Undead when he was just 10 years old. 10 years later, Hollywood Undead’s Charlie Scene contacted him about being on the tour. He delivered a strong performance and left quite an impression on the crowd. He opened up a pit by telling the crowd that if they could form a pit for Outkast’s Hey Ya! Before his set started, they could open up an even bigger one for him, and they did just that.

Following them, Set It Off took the stage with some of the strongest live energy I’ve seen. The lighting was intense and quickly changing, and the audience was easily captivated by the band’s theatrical flair and clean sound. Towards the end of the set, they thanked Omaha for making this stop on the tour feel like a hometown show. The band gave one hundred and ten percent, and the crowd matched it. They announced their song “Why Worry” and many concertgoers exchanged excited glances as it began. They ended the set with their radio hit “Punching Bag”, and the crowd sang along to every word.

Tech N9ne‘s performance Wednesday night was a testament to his status as an independent rap powerhouse. Delivering a set that spanned his extensive career, he delivered fan favorites all night. His rapid-fire delivery and charismatic stage presence kept the crowd engaged throughout. Women lifting their shirts and throwing bras on stage is a hallmark of a Tech N9ne show, and Omaha did not drop the ball. He thanked all the ladies for making it feel like “an OG Tech N9ne show”, and dedicated his song That Box to them. He also brought a couple of fans on stage during his set, and they performed like they’d been practicing their whole lives for the moment. He took a few crowd requests, including “Red Kingdom,” paying homage to his Kansas City roots. He remarked that he didn’t plan on performing that one, but the crowd loved it. Tech N9ne can make any show in any city feel like a hometown KC concert, and I felt right at home.

Closing the night, Hollywood Undead stormed the stage. With six members, their entrance was perfectly chaotic. The band delivered their signature boisterous, fun performance that fans have come to know and love over the years. Hollywood Undead ignited the stage with their hits and maintained the momentum throughout the night. Their dynamic stage presence, combined with striking visual effects and lighting, created an immersive experience that concertgoers ate up. At one point, the band brought a 5-year-old fan on stage to announce their song, “Comin’ in Hot”. The party raged on and the setlist was a perfect mix of new and old favorites. Once the band played the opening notes to their song “Everywhere I Go” the crowd lost it, in the best way. The song is a favorite that defies generations. They closed out the night with their iconic song Undead. The song comes from their debut album called “Swan Song”. My friends and I downloaded the album to our iPods when it came out, and the nostalgia 17 years later was palpable. It was a perfect ending to a killer show.

This tour is a perfect blend of genres, delivering a concert experience that feels like one big party. The Astro‘s audience was part of a night of powerful performances, showcasing the artists’ versatility and deep connection with their fans.
